Many of the XT5’s features were previously optional on the SRX, but now come standard on the new XT5. The Cadillac User Experience (CUE) is what houses many of the most popular features of the Cadillac XT5. CUE provides connectivity, control and convenience that allows you to personalize almost every aspect of your vehicle. It’s one-of-a-kind technology is integrated beautifully into the drivers console and jampacked with functionality.
The Cadillax CT5 has 30 cubic feet of space with the rear seats up. The 40-20-40 splitfolding rear seats turn that number into a whopping 63 cubic feet when folded down. The car has a flat floor and larger items fit great into the XT5 due to its wide body. A memory height function that is built into the rear hatch makes it easy to avoid damaging your car when opening and closing the hatch. The memory height function allows you to program how high the rear hatch opens so you can avoid potential damage when opening up the hatch in spaces that have lower-hanging ceilings.
Sleek and Comfortable
The spacious interior of the Cadillac XT5 can seat up to five occupants comfortably with plenty of leg and knee room for adults. Cozy front power-adjustable front seats that were designed for support and have a cool sporty look. The rear seats are also equipped with USB ports for passengers to charge their mobile devices.
There is additional seating features available. Including heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a heated steering wheel. All of which are great features for Northern Michigan car-owners who have to endure harshly cold winters.
Leatherette upholstery comes standard on all models and trims of the Cadillac XT5, but you can upgrade to leather seats available in a wide variety of colors. Virtually every cabin surface is also decorated with stitched leather.
When Cadillac designed and built this vehicle from the ground up, they added more than just an aesthetic value. The new body structure of the Cadillax XT5 was carefully designed by safety engineers to counteract the effects of vehicle impacts.

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), one of the country’s top automotive safety evaluators, gave the 2017 Cadillac XT5 a 2016 Top Safety Pick+, the top honor granted by the IIHS. In order to receive a Top Safety Pick, a vehicle must receive the highest rating in all five of the IIHS crash test categories.
